We don’t hand you a PDF and wish you luck. We watch the runs come in, we notice when Tuesday’s tempo drifts, and we change the plan before it becomes an injury. That’s the difference between an app and a coach.

Marathoner and builder. I started The Marathon Clinic to give every runner the read on each run that a great coach gives — specific, in context, and between sessions, not just a schedule handed over once.

I coach the way I'd want to be coached: honest, calm, and built around your life. The plan adapts to you, never the other way round, and I'll tell you straight when to push and when to hold back.
