The service

We provide training plans and related coaching services. Plans are guidance, not medical advice, and you follow them at your own risk.

Accounts

The free plan needs only an email. Connected and coaching features use a passwordless account. You’re responsible for keeping access to your email secure.

Payments

Paid tiers are billed via our payment provider. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.
