Before you start
Consult a doctor before beginning any training programme, especially if you have a health condition, are returning from injury, are pregnant, or have any doubt about your readiness to train.
Listen to your body
Stop and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or any symptom that concerns you. Our plans build in recovery, but you know your body best — adjust or rest when you need to.
Your responsibility
You participate in training at your own risk. The Marathon Clinic is not liable for injury or illness arising from following a plan.
